Cornucopia

The form unfolds as an expression of abundance—growing, expanding, and branching outward as if guided by an internal force. It suggests a continuous flow, where matter accumulates and disperses, creating a sense of openness and generosity.

Developed in collaboration with GENCERMORPH and SPECTROOM throughout 2023, this piece is rooted in a research platform aimed at pushing the boundaries of 3D-printed ceramics. Mathematical principles guide its morphological generation, allowing the form to evolve beyond conventional constraints.

Through non-planar printing, the surface becomes a field of variation. Layers shift in distance, and material adapts in response—expanding, contracting, finding balance. The object is not built uniformly, but grows through difference.

Color moves like a gradient landscape: from deep earth tones to dark greens and lighter hues, blending seamlessly. Like in nature, transitions are continuous, forming a rich and immersive surface where tones coexist and transform.
